 DIRECTIONS FOR PREPARING HERBAL FORMULA

1.     Place contents of one bag of herbs into a large pot with 8 cups of water. Soak the herbs for 1 hour.

2.     Bring the herbs and water to a boil on the stove. Once boiling, turn the stove to the lowest heat setting, cover with a lid, and let simmer for 15 minutes.

3.     Remove the pot from heat and let the herbs steep with the lid on for 1 hour.

4.     Strain herbal tea in a large glass or stainless-steel container and store in refrigerator. Discard herbs.

5.     Take formula as directed.
